And the Winner is --- Pavlova!

Yeah!! We won the WSV annual dessert contest!
We made mini pavlovas with cool whip, strawberries, and kiwis on top. They were delicious and almost looked too good to eat. Pavlova is a dessert common in New Zealand, where Kaleb served his mission. My sister, Tricia (whose husband also served in New Zealand), made pavlova for Kaleb's birthday last month. We loved it so much and even though it looks gorgeous, it is really easy to make, so we make it whenever we can. Oh, the prize for winning: $15 gift card to Iggy's, one of our favorite restaurants!
